This program teaches fundamental Freediving techniques for comfortable enjoyment in the aquatic world to depths of up to 20m / 66ft. You will also practice Static Apnea to help develop your breath-holding abilities and in-water comfort.
You’re new to Freediving or typically dive in the shallows. You want to increase your breath-hold and your ability to dive deeper and stay longer. You aren’t familiar with Freediving safety. If so then this is the course for you!

The Freediver course is held over 2 days
inlcudes: 2 classroom sessions, 2 pool sessions, 2 open water sessions

12 years of age with guardian permission
The price varies depending on location and instructor but they start at $395 and include:

To secure your spot in a course, we need to receive both your regsitration and either a 50% deposit or full payment. Any outstanding course balance is due by the start of the course. See our course schedule to register.
After the completion of your course you will be mailed a certification card (usually within about 3-weeks). The level of certification you receive depends on the skills that you successfully complete during your course. This insures that future buddies, pools, boat operators, etc are able to know what level you are able to dive to and what level of safety you can provide.
