Methods of Payment

You have 7 days after delivery to send the unused product(s) back for a full refund or exchange. Valid reasons for refunds are: - The product is the wrong size
- The product is faulty or was broken in shipment
- We sent you the wrong product (We apologize in advance!)
The purchaser will pay the expenses for the return of the product to us and we will pay the expenses for sending it back to you. We will repair or we will change the product as soon as possible.WARNING: That does not apply in situations not described above. So in any other case, Performance Freediving does not assume the costs incurred for the exchange. All you need to do to return a product is the following: - Contact payment@performancefreediving.com before any returns. This is very important to avoid any additional shipping costs.
- Once you receive by e-mail a "Return Authorization number" (RAN#) you can return the product. With the RAN#, Performance Freediving will also send to you the address and all the documents you need for the return shipment back.
- For the return products remember to send the whole product in the original packing with all the documents for example: manual instructions, warranty card etc.
WARNING: All costs incurred to Performance Freediving due to not contacting us or waiting for the "Return Authorization Number (RAN#)" or not attaching all documents received for returning will be deducted from the amount due by Performance Freediving to the customer. Performance Freediving will not pay for any cost incurred to the customer because of these reasons. What happens in case of warranty problems?
We ship all equipment in the original packaging with manuals and warranties provided by the manufacturers. Performance Freediving will always guarantee the equipment for the same time as the manufacturer does. In this time we will exchange any product as soon as we receive it. Although most leading brands give an International Warranty we believe that it is unethical for us to sell the product and leave local stores with possible warranty claims. Therefore in case of problems just send us an e-mail and we will give you all the information to have your product repaired or replaced. We are happy to inform you, that we are authorized dealers of all the products we sell and as such we will be happy to assist you with any warranty matter that may arise. If you should have any warranty situation all you would need to do is contact us at payment@performancefreediving.comand you will be contacted on how to return the item to us, to be repaired/replaced by the manufacturer. Where is my order shipped from?
All products except wetsuits and socks (shipped direct from Oceaner in Canada) and fins, fin bags, and snorkels (shipped directly from Waterway in the Ukraine) are shipped from the USA. Delivery Times
Most products shipped from PFI to addresses within the US/Canada will take between 2-7 days for delivery depending on the method of delivery chosen by the person placing the order.
